was held on Friday, August 15, 2008
in the new ESC 14 Remote Site at the new District Support Center, 425 S. Texas St., De Leon.

Western attire was the order of the day as attendees checked in at the OK Corral and picked up saddlebags, went by the Chuckwagon to fill their canteens and get trail mix, and attended training sessions in Trader Jake's General Store, the Longbranch Hotel and Boot Hill Bank. The Train Depot and Boot Hill Cemetery were visible in the background, too.
